What measurements do I need to provide? There are 6 key bra fitting measurements you need to provide: 1. Loose Underbust Measurement: Measure loosely around your ribcage, just under your bust, without pulling the tape too tight. This provides a relaxed baseline for bra band size. 2. Snug Underbust Measurement: Measure under your bust with the tape comfortably snug but not overly tight. This is the most common starting point for determining bra band size. 3. Tight Underbust Measurement: Measure under your bust while pulling the tape as tight as you can comfortably manage. This ensures the bra band stays securely in place. 4. Standing Bust Measurement: Measure around the fullest part of your bust while standing naturally, with the tape parallel to the ground. This determines your cup size. 5. Leaning Bust Measurement: Lean forward slightly and measure around the fullest part of your bust in this position. This helps ensure the bra will fit comfortably during movement. 6. Lying Bust Measurement: Lie down on your back and measure around the fullest part of your bust while in this position. This ensures proper support and fit when reclining. These measurements together will give a comprehensive understanding of your fit needs and ensure your bra provides the right support, comfort, and shape throughout various activities and positions.
